Fees

* Required to provide the PhD student index number or a confirmation of their PhD student status issued by the university / institution.

**Applicants must be full-time students at the time of the Congress and are required to provide the student index number or a confirmation of their student status issued by the university / institution.

Registration fees include 23 % VAT.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will be au­to­mat­i­cally applied.

The registration fee for PSAVA/FECAVA Member/Non-Memeber, Resident ECAR/PhD student includes:

• Access to Scientific Sessions
• Congress Materials
• Access to Exhibition Area
• Refreshment during coffee breaks and lunch
• Certificate of attendance (after Congress)

After 06.10.2024 we do not provide congress materials.
