  • We have an honor to invite you to participate in the Poster Session, which will be held on 21th–22th of October 2023 in Wrocław, as a part of the Congress „Problems in Small Animal Reproduction”

    We invite you to submit abstracts connected to the wide field of problems in small animal reproduction (research, experiments, reviews, case reports). Abstracts will be reviewed and qualified to be presented during Poster Session by Scientific Committee. During the Congress posters will be judged by Scientific Committee and at the end the best posters will be awarded.

  • Detailed guidelines of abstract submission

    • The abstract should include:
      ◦ Case reports: introduction, case description, conclusions
      ◦ Original research: introduction and aim of the study, material and methods, results, conclusions, references
    • Abstract preparation:
      (The example of an abstract – Kowalska et al.): Polish or English language. Maximum one page, single-spaced, font: Times New Roman 12.0, margins 2 cm (upper, lower, right, left). Title: Times New Roman 12.0, small letters, bold, one empty line between title and authors with affiliation (please write an e-mail address of the corresponding author) and one empty line before the text. If not necessary, please do not include tables and diagrams in the abstract.
    • Author will be informed by e-mail about acceptation for the Poster Session and about notes and changes (if required).
    • Abstracts submitted after deadline, not matching the criteria or not including the results will not be accepted.
    • To include the abstract in the Proceeding Book, it is necessary for at least one of the authors to register till 29.09.2023.


    Guidelines for posters presentation

    • Poster should be vertically oriented (maximum 114 cm x 81 cm) (format C7, ISO 216).
    • Posters should be mounted on the first day of the Congress in the morning and remain on the board till the end of the Congress.
